The Mayfair
1315 N. Broadway Place, Oklahoma City, OK
Built in 1929 - Reimagined in 2014
When The Mayfair opened in 1931, advertisements called its apartments “the finest and most luxurious ever offered in Oklahoma City.” It is believed to be the first apartment building in OKC to utilize air conditioning. The building later became home to prominent socialite Perle Mesta before spending decades as offices. It has since been restored to its original purpose, creating 13 apartments, including distinctive two-bedroom layouts with dedicated office space.
Located at NW 13th and Broadway, The Mayfair keeps Midtown’s restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and local retailers within walking distance while maintaining a quiet residential setting.
The nearby Streetcar is a short walk away, providing an easy connection to Thunder games, concerts, Scissortail Park, and Bricktown. SSM Health (St. Anthony Hospital),
OCU Law, ACM@UCO, and the OU Health Campus are all a short drive or bike ride away.
