Before Oklahoma was a state, The Marion was already standing at NW 10th and Broadway. Built in 1904 and considered the oldest standing commercial building in Oklahoma City, this former hotel has been restored as 10 apartments. Its Queen Anne brick façade, mahogany grand staircase, and original mosaic-tile foyer preserve more than a century of character, while studio and two-bedroom homes return the building to its original residential purpose.


The Marion sits where Midtown meets Automobile Alley, with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and local retailers in every direction. The Streetcar is just steps away, providing an easy connection to Thunder games, concerts, Scissortail Park, and the rest of Downtown OKC.


OCU Law and SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital are within walking distance, while ACM@UCO and the OU Health Campus are a short drive or bike ride away.
